What is included in the Luxury Gift Experience?
Our Luxury Gift Experience is designed to make your order feel extra special from the moment it arrives. Your jewellery is presented within our signature magnetic keepsake box, complete with an individual jewellery presentation box, soft charm pouch, branded care and social cards, and beautiful finishing touches ready for gifting.
The Luxury Gift Experience is available for £10 and also includes complimentary Express Tracked Delivery (1–3 working days).
Do I need to add the Luxury Gift Experience?
Not at all. Our standard presentation is included with every locket order at no additional cost.
The Luxury Gift Experience is an optional upgrade for those who would like an elevated unboxing and gifting experience, with our signature magnetic keepsake presentation and complimentary Express Tracked Delivery included.
How do I receive my complimentary Express Tracked Delivery?
Simply add the Luxury Gift Experience to your order and select Express Tracked Delivery at checkout. Your Express Tracked Delivery (1–3 working days) will be complimentary.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Yes. Complimentary gift wrapping is available when you choose our Luxury Gift Experience. Once you've added the Luxury Gift Experience to your basket, you'll be given the option to select complimentary gift wrapping before proceeding to checkout.
Can I send my order directly to someone as a gift?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and we'll send your order directly to them. If you've chosen the Luxury Gift Experience, you can also select complimentary gift wrapping before checkout for an extra-special finishing touch.
Will prices be included inside the parcel?
No. We don't include pricing information inside your parcel, making it easy to send your order directly to someone special as a gift.
Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders are sent in plain outer postal packaging, so there’s nothing on the outside to reveal what’s inside.
Whether you’re ordering a birthday gift, Christmas present or a surprise for someone special, you can rest assured that the surprise won’t be spoiled before the parcel is opened.
We’d just recommend opening any plain parcels in private if you’re trying to keep your gift a secret.
Will my locket arrive with the charms already inside?
Your locket and chosen charms will arrive beautifully presented, ready for you to create your locket yourself. We leave the charms separate so you can enjoy placing each one inside and bringing your story together – a lovely part of the experience, whether you're creating it for yourself or gifting it to someone special.
What if I’m buying multiple locket gifts in one order?
If you’re purchasing more than one locket as gifts, simply leave a note at checkout letting me know which charms belong with each locket and how you’d like everything presented.
Alternatively, you can email me at orders@mylittlelocketco.co.uk after placing your order, quoting your order number and your instructions. I’ll make sure each locket and its chosen charms are carefully organised and beautifully presented for the right recipient.
