What Does Our Quality Guarantee Cover?
What is covered?
Our 2-Year Quality Guarantee covers manufacturing faults relating to the construction or workmanship of your My Little Locket Co jewellery during the two-year guarantee period.
What isn't covered?
The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, scratches, damage caused by improper use or care, or changes to the appearance of your jewellery that occur as a result of normal wear.
What should I do if something goes wrong?
Please get in touch with details of your order, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the jewellery. I'll review the problem and, where the issue is covered by our Quality Guarantee, arrange an appropriate resolution.
Does this affect my statutory rights?
No. Our 2-Year Quality Guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect the rights and remedies available to you under UK consumer law.
